Restarting the blog with Nextra

The old site had done its job. It was time to simplify the stack and lower the cost of publishing.

This reboot moves the blog onto Nextra with a static Next.js export. That gives me a cleaner authoring flow, better MDX support, and a setup that still deploys cleanly to GitHub Pages.

The goal for this version is not complexity. It is speed:

  • write in Markdown or MDX
  • keep the site mostly static
  • make publishing feel close to editing notes

The content will stay focused on software, product thinking, and the practical realities of building with AI when the tools are changing underneath you every month.
